At ÓRALE UN PEDACITO you can enjoy the most gourmet version: a miniature skewer shaped like the traditional Mexican “trompo,” made with Joselito acorn-fed Iberian pork, charcoal-grilled. Served with caramelized pineapple, onion, cilantro, lime, and corn tortillas.
A contemporary interpretation of the iconic taco al pastor, where the smokiness of the grill enhances the richness of the Iberian pork, while the sweetness of the pineapple and the freshness of onion and cilantro balance every bite. The story of a classic, told in our own style.
